. 8 lamb loin chops
. 1/4 cup olive oil
. 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
. 1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped
. 2 teaspoons fresh rosemary, chopped
. 2 cloves garlic, minced
. zest of 1 lemon
. 1 teaspoon salt
. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
